Delete your account
This permanently deletes your Temple account and everything it holds. It cannot be undone. Take a moment before you decide — and if something felt wrong, we would honestly love to know first.
What will be deleted
- Your profile and sign-in
- Your Flow meditations and Flow diary
- Everything you have told her, and her letters to you
- Your journal, insights, and listening history
Two things to know
- Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription — Apple manages billing. Cancel first in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or you may keep being charged.
- We keep the minimum purchase records that financial law requires. They contain no personal content.
